1) Quick Summary

You get a license to use BiblioCave on one computer at a time.

You can transfer your license up to 4 times per year via our website.

We don’t sell your data. We only use what’s needed for licenses, support, and improvements.

2) Who We Are

We sell globally. Local consumer rights may still apply to you.
3) Terms of Use (Site + App)

Use the app lawfully. Don’t reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or share license/deactivation codes.

Prices/features may change; we’ll update the site when they do.

If you disagree with these terms, don’t use the site/app.
4) License (EULA)

Personal, non‑transferable license for one device per license.

Transfers: up to 4 per calendar year via our 2‑step process (deactivate old → activate new).

No copying, reselling, or modifying the app; no circumvention of anti‑piracy.

Updates may be required to continue using the app.
5) Refunds

Generally non‑refundable once a license has been issued/activated.

If you have a critical issue we can’t resolve within 10 days and you haven’t used/activated the license, email unifiedgongfu@gmail.com and we’ll review.
6) Privacy (What We Collect and Why)

Account data: email and basic profile from our site (to manage your license and contact you).

Licensing data: license ID, device codes you submit, deactivation codes you submit, transfer counts/time. We don’t auto‑collect hardware IDs; the app shows a device code you paste on the site.

Support: messages you send us.

Analytics: basic site analytics (page views, clicks) to improve the site.

Uses: issue/manage licenses and transfers, prevent abuse, provide support, improve BiblioCave, communicate about changes.

Sharing: only with service providers (e.g., Wix, payment processor) under contract, or if required by law. We don’t sell your personal data.

International transfers: data may be processed in Israel and other countries where our providers operate.
7) Your Rights

Email unifiedgongfu@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data where applicable. We may keep some records as required by law (e.g., invoices, fraud logs).

If you’re in the EU/UK (GDPR): you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can also complain to your local data authority.

If you’re in California (CCPA/CPRA): you may have rights to know, delete, and opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal info (we don’t sell data).

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards and limited access. No system is 100% secure—keep your account and codes private.
10) macOS Note

macOS may warn about unidentified developers. First run: right‑click the app → Open → confirm. After that, double‑click normally.
11) Legal

Governing law: State of Israel.

Venue: exclusive courts in Haifa, Israel (mandatory local consumer laws in your country may still apply).

Warranty: provided “as is,” without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Liability: we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

If a clause is invalid, the rest still applies.

Trademarks, code, and content belong to us or their owners.
12) Changes

We may update these terms/policy. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and post on the site. Continued use means you accept the changes.
